Horribly ran shop. First and last visit. My appointment was for 8:00 AM, and as of 8:30, my car had still not even been serviced for its smog. They even had time to do an all team meeting while customers were sitting there unserviced. Manager even had time to call Jeff to the office. Guys were chatting it up and customers were NOT the priority. Will never be back! I went down to Jefferson Smog and they had no wait and offered the service for cheaper.
